Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) of Boris Ostojic (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
The inclusion of the Customer’s own terms and conditions is hereby rejected unless otherwise agreed.
Contracting Party
The purchase contract is concluded with Boris Ostojic.

Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer by the Seller but rather a non-binding online catalogue.
Products can initially be placed in the shopping cart without obligation and may be corrected or removed at any time before submitting a binding order. By clicking the order button after completing the electronic ordering process, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after submitting the order; however, this does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer.
The Seller is entitled to accept the Customer’s offer within 3 working days by sending an order confirmation via email or by dispatching the goods.
The language available for concluding the contract is German.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Prices
All product prices displayed in the online shop are stated in EURO and include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT).
In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs apply. These can be found in the shipping cost overview and are displayed separately in the respective product description.
Payment
Payment is made in advance by bank transfer or PayPal and is due immediately after conclusion of the contract.
When paying via PayPal, payment processing is carried out by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, under the PayPal User Agreement available at:

Delivery
Delivery takes place after receipt of payment and is shipped to the delivery address specified by the Customer.
Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious damage to packaging or contents, the Customer is requested to report this immediately to the carrier and inform the Seller.
Failure to submit a complaint or make contact does not affect statutory claims or their enforcement, in particular warranty rights.
Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions apply.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
